We planned to open our first brick and mortar in Spring 2020. Yes, that 2020.

We had to streamline anything we could to survive. We tried every frozen french fry on the market in hopes of replacing the time consuming hand-cut fries we’d built our brand on. But nothing came close. So we made our own.

We realized that the ‘house-cut style’ frozen fries that we made for ourselves could help solve problems for other restaurants, too.
